An opportunity to join one of the most prestigious firms in the Cornish legal market has become available for a Private Client Lawyer at Associate level. From the start, you will have access to high net worth clients, including owner managed businesses and agricultural clients, offering a broad and varied workload.
The Opportunity: You will join an immensely experienced Truro based Private Client team where many hold Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners qualifications and are part of Solicitors for the Elderly. There will be many aspects of the role familiar to you, such as the opportunity to assist with wills, probate, LPAs, trusts, estates and tax. Beyond the traditional elements of Private Client work, you will benefit from more niche work such as the chance to act for a number of private family charitable trusts and the chance to help clients manage international assets.
What’s needed to be considered?
- Be a 3PQE(+) Private Client Solicitor
- STEP qualification or working towards is desirable
- Solid working knowledge of wills, probate, LPAs, trusts, estates and tax
- A desire to secure professional development
- Strong Business Development skills
