We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Conveyancing Paralegal to join our busy and friendly conveyancing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with conveyancing experience who is keen to develop their career within a supportive firm.
The Role
- You will assist fee earners with a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold transactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion
- Preparing and reviewing legal documentation
- Conducting searches and liaising with search providers

- Supporting fee earners to ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently
