Conveyancing Paralegal

We\’re partnered with an award-winning, legal 500 ranked law firm who are looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal to manage their own caseload of property transactions. This role is the perfect opportunity to progress a career in property law and gain excellent exposure to a broad range of work in a busy and friendly team.

Responsibilities include:

• Dealing with files from end-to-end.
• Drafting registered contracts including issuing and chasing contracts as well as proof-reading.
• Providing quotations to clients and prospective clients both verbally and in writing.
• Attending to clients both on the telephone and in person.
• Administering filing systems which will include daily filing and the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files.
• Preparing correspondence using our client’s case management system.
• Exchanging contracts.
• Preparing files for completion.
• Drafting completion statements.
• Reporting to client on searches, mortgage contract and title pack.

What we need from you:

• Strong attention to detail
• Approachable manner and excellent communication skills
• Some experience in dealing with post completion
