A well-established law firm in Loughborough is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Secretary to join its busy Residential Property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and is looking to play a key role in supporting a high-performing conveyancing department.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing client communications in a professional and efficient manner
- Providing digital dictation and administrative support
- Assisting with Land Registry Portal submissions
- Supporting across a wide range of residential conveyancing matters
- Handling administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and diary management
- Assisting other members of the department as required
What we need from you:
- Recent experience supporting a residential property fee earner or team
- Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process for both sales and purchases
- Previous experience in a conveyancing department providing high-quality support
- Proficiency in Bighand (or similar digital dictation systems)
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in Residential Property
- Excellent organisational skills and understanding of conveyancing workflows
