Our client is a dynamic, multi-office law firm providing a comprehensive range of legal services across the North West and UK. They are seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to support their busy Conveyancing team in their Barnoldswick office. This role is ideal for someone looking to build their career in property law while working in a supportive and professional environment.
The Role
Day-to-day, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting Conveyancers in managing caseloads and actioning legal procedures as directed
- Handling file-related queries from clients, either face-to-face or by telephone
- Supporting timely and cost-effective processing of conveyancing matters
- Maintaining accurate and organised client files
- Liaising with clients, taking instructions, and conducting letter and telephone enquiries
- Using firm procedures and systems to manage cases effectively and in line with legal requirements
- Supporting business development by liaising with clients and identifying cross-selling opportunities
- Managing your own workload, productivity, and quality of work with minimal supervision
- Ensuring clients and introducers of business receive excellent service at all times
