A well established, highly regarded regional law firm are looking for a Contentious Probate Solicitor to join a team with a strong reputation in civil litigation. The team specialises in complex probate disputes, including will challenges, inheritance claims, and executor disagreements. In this role, you’ll handle your own caseload, draft legal documents, advise clients, and work closely with colleagues to achieve excellent outcomes. You’ll also have the chance to get involved in business development and contribute to the team’s profile through networking, seminars, and articles.
Your Role Will Include:
- Managing a variety of contentious probate matters from start to finish
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and other legal documents
