What you’ll do
- Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements
- Provide commercial input on cross-practice transactions.
- Build relationships across UK and international offices; work directly with partners.
- Contribute to BD: client briefings, articles and market updates.
What you’ll bring (2–6 PQE)
- Solid grounding in contract law with strong drafting and technical skills.
- Clear understanding of the legal, commercial and operational issues impacting clients.
- Ability to juggle multiple matters and deliver to tight deadlines.
- Excellent client service, attention to detail, and team mindset.
- Research skills; confident using precedents and external resources.
- Relationship-builder; ideally some experience supporting juniors.
- Commercial awareness and appetite to share knowledge/training.
