Oculus Legal Group are working with a well-established Top 150 law firm with a long-standing presence across Cambridgeshire. Their Property Disputes team has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality advice and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
The ideal candidate will have gained experience in property litigation matters, with exposure to areas such as landlord and tenant disputes, adverse possession, trespass, and nuisance. Experience across residential and mixed-use property matters would be particularly beneficial.
This role would suit someone looking to further develop their expertise within a supportive environment, with a genuine interest in property disputes and a willingness to get involved in a broad range of work. This role offers a broad and engaging caseload covering all aspects of property litigation, including adverse possession, landlord and tenant disputes, leasehold matters, trespass, nuisance, and property management issues across residential and mixed-use property matters.
