A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a leading multi-office Birmingham law firm within its highly regarded Real Estate team. This well-established Legal 500 practice is looking to add a 2+ PQE lawyer to its growing department. Known for its collaborative and supportive culture, the firm places its people at the heart of everything it does and has built an outstanding reputation for delivering exceptional quality work to an impressive client base across the UK.

The Real Estate team provides pragmatic, commercially focused, and results-driven advice to property and landowners, developers, investors, lenders, landlords, and occupiers nationwide.

  • Commercial Property Development – advising on development projects from acquisition through to completion, including planning, zoning, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
  • Acquisitions & Disposals – supporting clients with the sale and purchase of commercial properties across a variety of sectors.
  • Landlord & Tenant – handling lease agreements, renewals, rent reviews, service charges, repairs, and maintenance obligations.
  • Real Estate Finance – advising lenders and borrowers on a range of secured lending transactions.
