Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking for a fresh opportunity with a nationally recognised, supportive firm? We are working with a highly regarded Top 100 law firm in Leeds who are seeking a Senior Associate to join their expanding Commercial Property team.
The Role:
You will join a thriving department with an existing caseload and provide expert legal support across a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
- Land acquisitions (options, conditional contracts)
- Property investment acquisitions and disposals
- Acting for landlords and tenants on business leases
- Development work across retail, leisure, and healthcare sectors (excluding construction)
- General estate management work including:
- Lease renewals
- Rent reviews
- Surrenders
- Easements
- Licences
- Property finance
Minimal business development required – you’ll inherit a well-established client base and caseload.
