Commercial Property Solicitor (2–6 PQE) – Birmingham | Hybrid Working

Salary: £55,000–£68,000 + bonus

Our Real Estate team of 20+ solicitors operates across multiple Midlands offices. We are looking for a talented and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor with 2–6 years’ PQE to join our Birmingham office. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing team, working with high-profile clients across a wide range of commercial property matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage your own client caseload and deliver fee‑earning work, consistently meeting departmental targets
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards and firm procedures
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to business development initiatives
  • Collaborate effectively within the team and support marketing initiatives
  • Stay up to date with legal trends and best practices through training and research
  • Work on a broad range of commercial property matters including:
  • Sales and purchases of commercial property
  • Lease negotiations
  • Secured lending
  • Corporate support
  • Landlord and tenant matters
