Landowner Development Solicitor – Birmingham or Nottingham-3+ PQE

Salary: £67,000 – £85,000 + Bonus

I’m working with a leading multi-office Top 200 law firm seeking a talented solicitor to join their Development team.

You’ll be specialising on the strategic development side, handling:

  • Drafting & negotiating promotion agreements
  • Landowner collaboration / consortium agreements
  • Option agreements for residential & commercial developments of all sizes

The Role:

  • Act for both residential & commercial landowners
  • Ready-made caseload from day one
  • Hybrid working – only 2 days per week in the office
  • Part-time considered
  • PQE: 3+ years
