Job Description

Real Estate Solicitor – Manchester

£80,000 – £100,000+ DOE

Oculus are currently working with a a highly-regarded international law firm, with strong roots in the North West. This role in particular is Manchester based. They have a Tier 1 Real Estate team, as per the Legal 500 and have a stellar reputation when it comes to complex, high-value transactions.

This role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) and a competitive salary of £80,000 – £100,000+ DOE

The position involves advising on a wide range of complex Real Estate matters including:

  • Advising on a wide range of landlord and tenant matters, property management, and sales and acquisitions
  • Managing large-scale projects involving the roll-out of leases or easements
  • Developing and supervising junior team members
