Commercial Property Senior Associate – Milton Keynes

Oculus Legal Group is working in close partnership with a multi-office regional practice in Milton Keynes who are looking for a Senior Associate to join their dynamic Commercial Property Practice.

The role:

You will have the opportunity to work on a range of property matters, including but not limited to:

• Leases and freehold properties.
• Development land.
• Agricultural property.
• Acting for SIPPS/SASSs, corporates, individuals
• Dealing with commercial lenders.
• Option agreements, promotion, and overage.

You will be:

• UK Qualified Solicitor (5+pqe)
• Strong knowledge in Commercial Property Law, alongside business development activities.
• Work collaboratively with a strong team on larger, complex transactions whilst also running your own caseload.
