Oculus Legal Group is working in close partnership with a multi-office regional practice in Milton Keynes who are looking for a Senior Associate to join their dynamic Commercial Property Practice.
The role:
- You will have the opportunity to work on a range of property matters, including but not limited to:
- Leases and freehold properties.
- Development land.
- Agricultural property.
- Acting for SIPPS/SASSs, corporates, individuals.
- Dealing with commercial lenders.
- Option agreements, promotion, and overage.
You will be:
- UK Qualified Solicitor (5+pqe).
- Strong knowledge in Commercial Property Law, alongside business development activities.
- Work collaboratively with a strong team on larger, complex transactions whilst also running your own caseload.
