Join a busy Commercial Property team as a Paralegal, handling residential and commercial property transactions from instruction to completion. This is an ideal opportunity for an organised, deadline-driven paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced team environment. You\'ll work under supervision whilst developing your technical skills and client management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Transaction Management

Take initial instructions and open files through case management system

Manage client cases from instruction to completion under supervision

Handle post-completion matters and maintain accurate time recording

Client Service & Administration

Draft and issue correspondence to clients and third parties

Manage task lists and diary reminders to meet tight deadlines

Provide cover for team members and manage client expectations

Support the Partner and contribute to business development activities

Essential Requirements

  • Recent experience in residential or commercial property transactions
  • Familiarity with sale, purchase, part-exchange, and leasehold transactions
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
