We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Property Litigation Paralegal to join our busy disputes team. You will support our solicitors in all aspects of commercial property litigation, working on high-profile cases and providing practical, timely assistance to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing commercial property disputes from inception to resolution.
- Draft correspondence, pleadings, witness statements, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and prepare reports and case summaries.

- Support fee earners with trial preparation, including document collation and bundle preparation.
