- Advise clients across a wide range of commercial property transactions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referrers and professional contacts
- Generate new business and contribute to the continued growth of the department
- Build the firm's Commercial Property presence in Stoke

- Strong client relationships and, ideally, an existing network or following
- Commercially minded with the confidence to develop new work
- Strong technical and communication skills
- Comfortable building relationships and developing business
- Someone who is motivated by the opportunity to build and develop an offering rather than simply inherit an established team
- Salary around Β£90,000-Β£110,000, depending on experience
- Annual tax-free profit share
- Additional Director share scheme
- Hybrid and flexible working
- 28 days' annual leave, including birthday and an additional ex-gratia day, plus UK bank holidays
