My client is seeking a Commercial Litigation Legal Director to join a highly regarded national team of ten based in Birmingham. This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside leading partners in a firm known for its quality of work, collaborative culture, and investment in people, while enjoying the autonomy to develop your own practice.
About the Role
The team advises on a broad range of complex, high-value commercial disputes, including:
- Company and shareholder disputes, including breaches of share purchase agreements, derivative claims, and unfair prejudice petitions
- Contract disputes and other general commercial matters
You will take a lead role on significant cases, working closely with the head of department and acting as their number two within the team.
