Commercial Litigation Paralegal

We're supporting a top 150 national law firm who are looking for a Commercial Litigation Paralegal to support the team in their Alconbury or Spalding offices. You will work alongside the lead partner to assist with day-to-day duties as well as support with working on a caseload. This role is perfect for somebody looking to progress their career in commercial litigation.

Responsibilities include:

• Draft legal documentation, including deeds, letters, and financial statements.
• Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Handle client and matter file management, including filing, archiving, and database updates.
• Provide administrative support, such as scanning, printing, bundling, and photocopying.
• Operate case management systems and manage correspondence via phone, email, and fax.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with Lexcel standards.
• Assist with client reception, meeting arrangements, and responding to client queries.
• Transcribe digital dictation and support the team with additional tasks as needed.

What we need from you:

• Some relevant experience with litigation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
