A leading Top 50 national law firm is seeking a talented Commercial Litigation Associate (2+ PQE) to join its highly regarded disputes team in Birmingham. In this role, you will handle a broad and varied caseload of high-quality disputes work, advising a diverse range of commercial clients across sectors. You will be given early responsibility, alongside strong supervision and support from experienced senior lawyers, enabling you to grow confidently into a more senior disputes practitioner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advising on a broad range of commercial disputes, including domestic and cross-border contract disputes
  • Acting on shareholder, partnership, and director disputes
  • Handling professional negligence claims
  • Assisting with urgent and strategic dispute resolution matters, including injunctive relief and reputation-sensitive cases
  • Managing your own matters with appropriate autonomy, supported by senior colleagues where required
  • Working directly with clients and contributing to the development of long-term client relationships
  • Supporting business development initiatives and collaborating across teams to deliver integrated legal solutions
