We’re working with a well-established law firm that is looking to strengthen its Residential Property team in Colchester with a more experienced fee earner.
The opportunity
This is a great opportunity for a qualified Residential Property Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer who wants to join a busy and established team. You’ll take ownership of your own caseload, dealing with a broad range of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, while working alongside an experienced wider team across Colchester, Ipswich and London. The firm has continued to invest in its Residential Property offering and is now looking for someone with the experience and confidence to come in and make an immediate impact.

- Managing your own caseload of Residential Property matters from instruction through to completion
- Providing a high-quality, client-focused service
- Handling matters efficiently and commercially
- Taking responsibility for your files and deadlines
- Working collaboratively with the wider Residential Property team
- Undertaking file sign-offs where required
