You will join a busy and expanding sub-team handling a steady pipeline of debt recovery litigation work, with strong internal support and clear processes in place.
The Role
- Manage your own caseload of debt recovery and civil litigation matters, working within a specialist team.
- Running a full caseload of debt recovery matters from instruction through to enforcement.
- Advising on litigation strategy and recovery options.
- Handling matters for key clients across finance, local authority, or housing sectors.
- Progressing claims efficiently within a high-volume but structured environment.
- Liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth case progression.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitors or CILEX / Chartered Legal Executives.
- Experience in debt recovery or civil litigation (NQ+).
- Ability to manage a caseload independently with good organisation and time management.
- A proactive and commercially minded approach.
