We are working with a highly regarded, Legal 500-ranked national firm seeking a Solicitor to join their established Clinical Negligence team in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist claimant practice handling complex, high-value clinical negligence work within a supportive and well-structured team environment.
The Role
- You will join a leading medical negligence team acting for claimants on a wide range of serious and complex matters.
- The work includes cases across areas such as birth injury, spinal injury, delayed diagnosis, surgical negligence and other high-severity claims.
- You will manage your own caseload of medical negligence files.
- Support senior lawyers on complex, high-value multi-track matters.
- Advise clients with empathy and clarity throughout the lifecycle of their claim.
- Assist in securing interim payments to support rehabilitation and care.
- Gain exposure to high-quality litigation and expert-led work.

About You
