This team acts on behalf of NHS bodies and primary care providers , handling a broad mix of complex and high-value claims. It’s a well-established practice with a strong reputation in the market and long-standing panel relationships, offering lawyers the chance to work on some of the most challenging and sensitive cases in this space. The Opportunity Manage a caseload of complex, high-value clinical negligence claims Work closely with experienced partners on more technical and severe injury matters Gain direct client exposure , including interaction with healthcare organisations Play a role in developing client relationships and contributing to growth You’ll also have the chance to collaborate with colleagues across wider healthcare disciplines, including: Inquests and investigations Regulatory and disciplinary matters Public law and judicial review Mental health and risk advisory work The Team Large, well-resourced national clinical negligence group Strong presence across multiple offices Recognised in the legal directories for its defendant healthcare work Known for combining technical quality with a collaborative team culture About You Qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with strong defendant clinical negligence experience Ideally experience gained within a panel firm environment , though this isn’t essential Confident handling complex, high-value matters , including severe injury claims
