Clinical Negligence Paralegal

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the investigation of clinical negligence claims, including obtaining medical records and drafting chronologies.
• Liaising with clients, experts, and counsel.
• Preparing legal documents and correspondence.
• Conducting legal research.
• Supporting fee earners with the day-to-day progression of files.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case management systems.

About You:

• A degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification (LPC/SQE preferred).
• Previous experience in clinical negligence or personal injury law is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A strong eye for detail and a proactive approach to case handling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong IT skills, particularly in case management systems.
