Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the investigation of clinical negligence claims, including obtaining medical records and drafting chronologies.
- Liaising with clients, experts, and counsel.
- Preparing legal documents and correspondence.
- Conducting legal research.
- Supporting fee earners with the day-to-day progression of files.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case management systems.
About You:
- A degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification (LPC/SQE preferred).
- Previous experience in clinical negligence or personal injury law is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A strong eye for detail and a proactive approach to case handling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in case management systems.
