Complex Injury Solicitor

I’m working with a Legal 500 highly ranked law firm in London that’s looking to add a Solicitor to its established Complex Injury team.
This is a great opportunity for a claimant Personal Injury Solicitor who wants to get involved in high-value, complex and often life-changing cases, working with clients who need real support and expertise during difficult times.
You’ll be joining a well-regarded team handling serious injury claims, with the opportunity to take ownership of a varied caseload, develop your expertise and play a meaningful role in the lives of your clients.
The role
- Manage a caseload of complex personal injury claims, predominantly multi-track matters, in line with your experience.
- Work on high-value and serious injury cases, delivering a high standard of client care throughout.
- Handle matters from initial instruction through to resolution, applying your knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and relevant protocols.
- Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues and other professionals involved in your cases.
- Contribute to the wider team and, as you develop, have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility and support more junior colleagues.
What they’re looking for:
- A qualified Solicitor with around 3–6 years’ PQE.
- Experience acting for claimants in personal injury matters.
- Exposure to complex, high-value and multi-track claims.
- A solid understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules and relevant pre-action protocols.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to client care.
- Someone proactive, approachable and keen to develop their career within a specialist team.
Experience supporting or supervising junior lawyers would be beneficial, as would an interest in business development, but these aren’t necessarily the deciding factors.
