We're currently working with a highly regarded national law firm that is looking to strengthen its Construction team with the appointment of 2 or more Senior or Principal Associates focused on non-contentious construction and projects work. This is an opportunity to join a team that is involved in some genuinely significant projects across the UK, advising clients from project inception through to delivery and beyond. The work is complex, varied and often sits at the heart of critical infrastructure, healthcare, housing and public sector developments. The team advises a broad range of public and private sector clients on the full lifecycle of construction and infrastructure projects. Their work spans healthcare, local government, emergency services, housing and wider public infrastructure, acting on matters that have real impact on communities across the country. You'll work alongside recognised specialists in the sector, advising on major projects, procurement structures, development agreements and operational matters. The team is also recognised for its expertise in long-term infrastructure arrangements and complex public sector projects. Advising clients on a broad range of non-contentious construction matters Drafting, negotiating and advising on construction and project documentation Working on major development, infrastructure and public sector projects Advising on NEC and JCT contracts and associated project documentation Supporting clients through the full lifecycle of projects from procurement through to delivery Building strong relationships with clients across healthcare, housing, local government and emergency services sectors Helping grow existing client relationships and identify new opportunities Strong experience in non-contentious construction law Experience advising on NEC and JCT contract suites Exposure to infrastructure, projects or PFI work would be advantageous Commercial awareness and the ability to deliver practical, solutions-focused advice Strong communication and relationship-building skills Genuine enthusiasm for business development and profile building Exposure to nationally significant projects and infrastructure work High-quality clients across both public and private sectors Hybrid working and flexible approach to working Strong progression opportunities within a growing team Collaborative culture with a focus on development and long-term careers This is an excellent opportunity for a Construction lawyer who wants to work on high-profile projects, build their market presence and join a team with a strong reputation and ambitious plans for growth.
