Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you'll join a collaborative legal function supporting a fast-paced, innovative organisation delivering cutting-edge technology solutions to a global client base. You'll have a proven track record advising on and negotiating complex commercial agreements within a technology-led environment, with experience across areas such as software, cloud services, managed services, technology consulting, digital transformation, enterprise platforms or business process outsourcing. You'll be comfortable supporting strategic commercial transactions, balancing legal risk with commercial objectives, and partnering with senior stakeholders to help drive business growth. Have a strong private practice background ● Have negotiated sophisticated commercial contracts including SaaS agreements ● Can confidently advise on complex commercial risk and influence senior stakeholders. ● Take a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to legal issues. ● AI literate, an understanding of AI governance, data privacy and responsible AI use.
