Instead, this firm focuses on quality advice, long-term client relationships and giving solicitors the space to do their job properly.
They are now looking to add a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (1+ PQE) into a supportive and close-knit team, where you will manage your own caseload while playing an active role in the wider growth of the department. - Advising on sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
- Handling landlord and tenant matters, including negotiated leases
- Acting for lenders and borrowers
- Building strong and trusted client relationships
- Keeping files compliant, accurate and up to date on the case management system
- Managing billing, time recording and financial controls responsibly
- Getting involved in marketing and networking activity where appropriate
What they’re looking for:
- A qualified solicitor eligible to practise in England and Wales
- At least 1 year’s experience in residential conveyancing, or equivalent transferable skills
- Strong and current technical knowledge of residential property work
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Someone organised, proactive and comfortable working independently
- A team player who represents the firm professionally at all times
Why this role stands out:
- Sensible workloads with a strong focus on quality over volume
- Hybrid working considered
- A genuinely collaborative and inclusive culture
- Clear commitment to training, development and long-term progression
- A strong benefits package including profit share, enhanced annual leave, health cover and more
