Residential Property Solicitor | 2-4 PQE | West End Firm (Legal 500)
Hybrid working | Exceptional bonus potential
Not all residential property roles are created equal. If you're looking to handle high-value transactions for an international client base, within a top-tier private client environment, this could be worth a closer look.
We're working with a leading London law firm looking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor with 1-4 years' PQE to join its established residential property team.
The work involves a broad range of high-value residential transactions, typically involving properties worth £1m-£3m, with a strong leasehold focus alongside freehold matters. The client base includes international clients and domestic clients purchasing properties for family use, including second homes and accommodation for family members studying in London.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing a caseload of approximately 30-60 active files at varying stages of the transaction.
- Handling high-value residential property transactions, predominantly leasehold, with exposure to freehold matters for HNW/UHNW clients
- Working within a partner-led service, supporting the delivery of a high-quality client offering.
- Managing a busy caseload where organisation, attention to detail and effective project management are essential
What we're looking for:
- A solicitor with around 1-4 years' PQE in residential property, ideally with experience handling high-volume, high-value transactions at a reputable firm
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain pace
- Experience dealing with high-net-worth clients and complex residential transactions.
- International client experience would be beneficial
What's on offer?
- A salary in the early to high £90,000s
- A very generous bonus scheme offering
- An additional exceptional contribution bonus
- Hybrid working, with approximately 60% office attendance and one day per week in the Mayfair office
This is an opportunity to join an established residential property team within a high-calibre legal environment, working on substantial transactions for an international clientele.
