A modern, fast-growing Legal 500 law firm is expanding its Debt Recovery and Litigation teams following continued client growth across finance, local authority, and housing sectors. This is not a traditional high-street litigation role. The firm operates as a commercially focused legal services business with a strong national client base and a high-volume but well-structured workflow environment.

You will join a busy and expanding sub-team handling a steady pipeline of debt recovery litigation work, with strong internal support and clear processes in place.

The Role

  • Manage your own caseload of debt recovery and civil litigation matters, working within a specialist team.
  • Running a full caseload of debt recovery matters from instruction through to enforcement.
  • Advising on litigation strategy and recovery options.
  • Handling matters for key clients across finance, local authority, and housing sectors.
  • Progressing claims efficiently within a high-volume but structured environment.
  • Liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth case progression.

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitors or CILEX / Chartered Legal Executives.
  • Experience in debt recovery or civil litigation (NQ+).
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently with good organisation and time management.
  • A proactive and commercially minded approach.
