The Role

You will advise on a broad range of complex Real Estate Disputes matters, including:

  • Commercial landlord & tenant disputes, including 1954 Act matters, break rights, alienation, and dilapidations
  • Commercial portfolio and development disputes
  • Property contract disputes
  • Rights of way, adverse possession, and restrictive covenant matters
  • Property-related insolvency issues
  • Strategic advice for developers, landowners, and local authorities
