Employment Solicitor (0–3 PQE) to join its highly regarded and well-established Employment team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage your own caseload of contentious and non-contentious Employment Law matters for both employer and employee clients.
  • Represent clients at Employment Tribunals and Courts where required.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on more complex employment matters.
  • Ensure compliance with AML procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Support business development activities and help build strong client relationships.

About you

  • NQ–3 PQE Employment Solicitor with experience handling Employment Law matters.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Well-organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Able to make timely, well-considered decisions while delivering excellent client service.
