We are a well-established and forward-thinking law firm with a strong reputation in commercial property law. We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Commercial Property Legal Secretary to support our busy property team. This is a key support role within the Commercial Property department. You will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners, helping ensure matters progress efficiently and clients receive an excellent level of service.
- Providing full secretarial support to commercial property solicitors and fee earners
- Preparing and formatting legal documents, leases, contracts, and correspondence
- Audio and copy typing of legal documentation
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within a Commercial Property department
- Strong knowledge of property transactions and legal documentation
- Excellent typing and document formatting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
