A leading law firm are looking for a qualified Residential Property professional to join its growing Colchester team. You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish, while taking on a senior role within the team.

You will need:
- To be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX Lawyer or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing.
- Experience managing a caseload independently from instruction to completion.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- The confidence to take responsibility for files and support colleagues.
- Strong business development and commercial skills.
- A proactive, motivated and positive approach.
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
