An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Associate (3+ PQE) to join the highly regarded Private Client team of a Top 200 UK Regional Law Firm. Renowned for delivering exceptional client service, the firm advises individuals, families and business owners on a wide range of complex private wealth matters and has built an excellent reputation across the region.

Working alongside experienced Partners and senior lawyers, you will manage a high-quality and varied caseload while playing an active role in mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to the continued growth of a collaborative and ambitious team.

The Role

This is a broad Private Client position offering exposure to:

  • Wills and estate planning
  • Probate and estate administration
  • Trust creation and administration
  • Inheritance Tax and succession planning
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Court of Protection matters

You will also be encouraged to develop strong relationships with clients and professional introducers, contribute to business development initiatives and support the development of junior team members.

About You

You will ideally have:

  • 4-7 years' PQE as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX)
  • Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of Private Client law
  • Experience managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive and commercially minded approach to business development
