The Opportunity
This is a chance for a Corporate Solicitor to become immersed in a wide range of interesting work inclusive of contract work, business sales, acquisitions, reorganisations, intellectual property, shareholder and director rights & responsibilities. In this role, you will become an integral member of the team. Whilst managing your own caseload you will also be given scope to drive new business activity. Your ability to build trusting relationships with your clients and gain an appreciation of their challenges will offer you the grounds to creatively provide solutions.

- Be a qualified Corporate Solicitor of 2 PQE (+)
