Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion.
- Handle a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and other residential property transactions.
- Provide clear, commercially aware advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
- Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders and other relevant parties to ensure transactions progress smoothly.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring an exceptional standard of client care.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider property team and contribute to the continued success of the department.
Skills & Experience
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced residential property professional.
- Minimum 1 years' experience handling a residential property caseload.
- Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of residential conveyancing matters.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- A proactive and ambitious approach, with a desire to continue developing your technical expertise.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment.
