An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified to 2 Years PQE Real Estate Solicitor to join the Tier 1 ranked Real Estate team in Cambridge at a leading Top 50 UK law firm.

This is an outstanding opportunity to build your career within one of the region's most highly regarded commercial property teams, working alongside recognised leaders in the market on a broad range of high-quality investment and asset management matters.

You'll gain exposure to complex, high-value transactions while receiving excellent supervision, training and long-term career development.

The Role

You will work as part of a nationally recognised Real Estate team, advising an impressive client base on a wide variety of commercial property matters, including:

  • Property investment acquisitions and disposals for buyers and sellers.
  • Landlord and tenant matters, including the grant of new business leases.
  • Real estate due diligence supporting finance and corporate transactions.

• Asset management work including

  • Lease renewals
  • Surrenders
  • Easements
  • Asset management licences
  • Working across a range of sectors including office, retail, science & technology, mixed-use developments, hotels and leisure.

You'll work with an impressive portfolio of clients including investors, developers, corporate occupiers, educational institutions, private wealth clients and investment funds, giving you exposure to high-value transactions and long-term client relationships.

This role offers the opportunity to develop strong, long-term client relationships while working on high-profile and complex real estate transactions.
