Oculus Legal Group are working with a highly regarded, multi-office regional firm that are looking to strengthen their Legal 500-ranked Commercial/Civil Disputes team with the addition of an Associate/Senior level hire. The firm has built a strong reputation in the market, with the disputes team consistently recognised in the Legal 500 and acting on a broad range of high-quality work for both national and international clients.

The Candidate

You will have solid litigation experience, ideally with exposure to commercial disputes, alongside strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues alike. This role would suit someone who enjoys being client-facing and playing a part in the continued growth of a successful team.

The Opportunity

You will be advising on a broad mix of commercial litigation matters, including:

  • Contract disputes
  • Commercial landlord and tenant matters
  • Commercial property disputes
  • Shareholder and partnership disputes
  • Insolvency litigation
  • Professional negligence claims
  • Construction disputes, including adjudication and arbitration
  • Debt recovery

You’ll be working on high-quality, often complex matters for a diverse client base, including HNW individuals and international businesses.
