This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a forward-thinking team, handling a varied and engaging caseload while playing a key role in the team’s ongoing expansion. You will have solid experience in commercial property matters and be confident managing your own caseload with appropriate support. A strong understanding of commercial property law The team advises on a wide variety of commercial property matters, including: Drafting and negotiating leases, licences and renewals Secured lending and property finance Property management matters, including dilapidations, rent reviews, assignments and subletting Development site work, new builds and pre-letting matters You will work with a diverse client base, including national organisations and ambitious local businesses, on complex and high-quality transactions.
