Oculus Legal Group are working with a highly respected, multi-office regional firm looking to expand their Legal 500 ranked Commercial Property team due to continued growth and an influx of high-quality work. This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a forward-thinking team, handling a varied and engaging caseload while playing a key role in the team’s ongoing expansion.
You will have solid experience in commercial property matters and be confident managing your own caseload with appropriate support.
A strong understanding of commercial property law is required. The team advises on a wide variety of commercial property matters, including:
- Drafting and negotiating leases, licences and renewals
- Secured lending and property finance
- Property management matters, including dilapidations, rent reviews, assignments and subletting
- Development site work, new builds and pre-letting matters
You will work with a diverse client base, including national organisations and ambitious local businesses, on complex and high-quality transactions.
