Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Location: Bristol

Base pay range: £26,500 – £30,000 per annum (up to 30% commission)

What you’ll learn and be doing

• Work with leading UK and international law firms to understand their hiring needs
• Identify, approach, and engage high‑calibre legal candidates
• Manage the recruitment process from first conversation through to offer stage
• Build long‑term relationships with clients and candidates
• Develop market knowledge and become a trusted advisor
• Work towards clear targets with ongoing coaching and feedback
