Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Location: Bristol
Base pay range: £26,500 – £30,000 per annum (up to 30% commission)

What you’ll learn and be doing
- Work with leading UK and international law firms to understand their hiring needs
- Identify, approach, and engage high‑calibre legal candidates
- Manage the recruitment process from first conversation through to offer stage
- Build long‑term relationships with clients and candidates
- Develop market knowledge and become a trusted advisor
- Work towards clear targets with ongoing coaching and feedback
