Are you an experienced Family Law Solicitor ready to step into a leadership role and make your mark? Our client, a well‑established firm with 20 offices nationwide specialising in family law, is expanding and launching a new office in the Cirencester area. They are seeking a senior solicitor to take on a dual role – managing a high‑quality caseload while leading the setup, development, and ongoing success of the new branch as Branch Manager.

This is a unique opportunity combining legal practice with leadership and business development. As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and growing the new office while maintaining a high‑quality caseload of family law matters. You will play a central role in shaping the office’s culture, reputation, and commercial success from the ground up.
