Our client, a well-established firm with 15+ offices nationwide specialising in family law, is expanding and launching a new office in the Cirencester area. They are seeking a senior solicitor to take on a dual role - managing a high-quality caseload while leading the setup, development, and ongoing success of the new branch as Branch Manager.
This is a unique opportunity combining legal practice with leadership and business development. As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and growing the new office while maintaining a high-quality caseload of family law matters.
You will play a central role in shaping the office’s culture, reputation, and commercial success from the ground up.
- Manage a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy, private children work, and domestic abuse cases
- Lead the setup and development of the new branch office
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a growing team of legal and support staff
