We're partnered with a leading law firm who are looking for a Real Estate Finance Paralegal to join their Legal 500 ranked Real Estate team. You'll work closely with fee earners to provide administrative and clerical support across a range of property finance matters and will liaise with central support to ensure the smooth running of transactions. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a keen interest in financial and property law.
- Assist with completions including conducting completion day checks, preparing priority searches, financial statements and transfer of funds.
- Communicate professionally with clients, solicitors, and internal teams via telephone and email.
- Handle full file administration including opening, billing, recording undertakings, closing, and archiving.
- Prepare legal and financial documents such as bank standard security documents, completion undertakings, and statements.
- Ensure compliance with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and confidentiality obligations.
- Previous experience in a legal support or paralegal role, ideally within banking, property, or real estate finance law.
- Strong document preparation skills, including proofreading and formatting.
