An exciting opportunity has become available for a Property Litigation Solicitor or CILEX qualified lawyer to join a highly respected national Real Estate Disputes team based in Leeds. This is an excellent chance to join a Top 100 UK law firm known for combining high-quality work with a genuinely supportive culture and flexible working environment.

The team advises on a broad range of complex real estate disputes matters across both commercial and residential property, acting for a strong client base including developers, landlords, investors, retailers, and corporate occupiers with large national portfolios.

You will gain exposure to:

  • Commercial and residential property disputes
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Lease renewals and possession claims
  • Dilapidations
  • Easement and boundary disputes
  • Portfolio management issues
  • General property litigation matters

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Qualified via the SRA route or CILEX
  • Between NQ – 6 years PQE
  • Experience handling property litigation matters
  • Strong organisational and client management skills
  • The ability to manage a busy caseload while maintaining high attention to detail
