What You’ll Be Doing:
- Advising clients on wills, trusts, and estate planning strategies
- Managing probate matters and the administration of estates
- Providing guidance on inheritance tax and trust structures
- Drafting Lasting Powers of Attorney and making applications to the Court of Protection
What We’re Looking For:
- A newly qualified solicitor with experience in private client matters
- Excellent academic record and a confident, professional communication style
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied caseload
- A client-centric mindset with the enthusiasm to develop trusted relationships
