The Role
You will advise on a broad range of complex Real Estate Disputes matters, including:
- Commercial landlord & tenant disputes, including 1954 Act matters, break rights, alienation, and dilapidations
- Commercial portfolio and development disputes
- Property contract disputes
- Rights of way, adverse possession, and restrictive covenant matters
- Property-related insolvency issues
- Strategic advice for developers, landowners, and local authorities
